Jewellery Care

Our jewellery is handmade with great care and if treated well should last a lifetime. To help keep it in it’s best condition we advise storing pieces in their original packaging. Please remove your Kinley jewellery for heavy manual tasks and sport and do not sleep in your jewellery to avoid knocks and scrapes. Chemicals present in perfumes and skincare products can be damaging to the surface of metals so please remove jewellery when using these. If you need to clean your jewellery, wash very gently with a soft brush and a little hand soap. If your piece of jewellery includes the grey/black finish of oxidised silver, this surface may rub away over time. If you do not enjoy this patina please get in touch and we will happily re-oxidise your piece for you.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch In stock items in 1 -3 days. Made to order items will take 3 - 5 weeks. All items will be sent and insured via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Should you need your item urgently please do get in touch as at times it may be possible to prioritise your item.
